5-course winter dinner in the Coach House of Slangenburg Castle

On Friday evening, February 27, the Coach House at Slangenburg Castle will open its doors for a special winter dinner in collaboration with Zaza's Diner.

Come and enjoy a delicious 5-course menu, prepared on site by the chef, and be surprised during dinner by live music from Lively Colors. Lidy and Connie form a guitar duo with a versatile repertoire, ranging from country and folk to songs that inspire them.

Price: €64.95 per person (excluding drinks)
Time: Doors open at 6:30 p.m. — first course at 7:00 p.m.
End: No later than 11:00 p.m.

Beef tartare with fried quail egg, wasabi mayonnaise, and pea cress

Course 2:
Parsnip cream soup with fried mushrooms

Course 3:
Red mullet with shrimp, cauliflower purée, and Brussels sprout salad

Diamond steak with red port jus, pink potatoes, and green vegetables

Chocolate trio with homemade chocolate mousse, chocolate lava cake, and chocolate ice cream
